UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center and the Heart and Vascular Clinic in Steamboat Springs are ready to welcome a Non-Invasive Cardiologist. The ideal candidate will be board eligible/certified in Cardiovascular Disease and have an unwavering focus on patient care and quality.

About the Opportunity

Work with a terrific team to provide general cardiology care to appreciative patients while living in a ski town with a laid back feel, prime recreation, and great restaurants. At UCHealth, we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible.

Our cardiology team is comprised of two physicians and one PA.
Enjoy a predominantly office-based, four-day work week.
With a limited hospital census and strong hospitalist support, call is typically phone-only.
Weekend call is 1:6.
Clinic is located within a multi-specialty clinic which includes endocrinology, neurology, pain management, pulmonology, and rheumatology.
Multiple diagnostic modalities enhance the practice and patient care: including nuclear stress testing, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, TEE, and cardiac CT. Cardiac MRI is available at our affiliated imaging centers.
Have support and strong collaboration with Medical Center of the Rockies, the University of Colorado Hospital, and physician partners, where patients have access to higher levels of care: including CAD intervention, structural intervention, cardiac and vascular surgery, and electrophysiology.
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 5/1/2024.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

The pay range for this full-time position is $495,000-$555,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
Paid malpractice.
