Providence Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE, full-time Urologist to join their team in Napa, California. You will be joining a board certified, experienced urologist and a physician assistant. The clinic also has a dedicated MA's who handles chart preparation and room setup, allowing physicians to efficiently manage a high volume of procedures and office visits without interruptions. The team is known for its friendly and collaborative work environment and is looking for a like-minded Urologist to complement their group. Provide general and full service urologic care
Full-time position, M-F schedule
3 to 3 1/2 days in the office and 1 to 1 ½ days in the OR
Percutaneous stone surgery experience required
Da Vinci Xi Robot available and robotic surgery experience is a plus
Calls will be shared among 3 Urologists
The office is immediately adjacent to the hospital.

Compensation is between $390,063 and $606,174 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted.
