Seeking Radiologist with Subspecialty Expertise to work with Award Winning Health System in the Northwest
St. Lukes Magic Valley seeks a radiologist to join the Southern Idaho Radiology team. The team consists of 8 fellowship trained radiologists based in Southern Idaho, providing exclusive services to St. Lukes Magic Valley, St. Lukes Jerome and outpatient imaging centers in Twin Falls. We are seeking a fellowship-trained radiologist to replace a retiring partner and accommodate continued growth in our practice. All radiologists provide general radiology services, each with subspecialty backgrounds. We are currently seeking a radiologist who is comfortable providing general radiology care, mammography subspecialty preferred. We would also consider a fellowship-trained radiologist with appropriate skill sets in other radiology subspecialties. We are a small but very successful and stable group of radiologists with a long track record of providing excellent care for St Lukes in Magic Valley and Jerome. We are offering a partnership track position which includes very generous compensation and vacation time providing for a good quality of life and great work/life balance with shared weekend call responsibilities. Currently preliminary overnight reads are contracted through teleradiology.
St Lukes Magic Valley is part of the St Lukes Health System and opened a new hospital facility in Twin Falls in 2011. The main hospital imaging department provides full general radiology services including light to intermediate IR procedures that all support active emergency and inpatient services. In house PET/CT supports an affiliated robust cancer center. A new outpatient imaging center opened in 2018 includes outpatient procedure rooms, CT scanner, Ultrasound, Xray services and a new 3T Siemens MRI. We also have a dedicated womens imaging center offering 3-D tomosynthesis mammography, breast ultrasound with biopsy, and prone 3-D stereotactic biopsy.
