Looking to make a difference in people’s lives? We are currently seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join our group of diverse, compassionate providers to help deliver the highest quality of care to our patient population.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for delivery of patient care, clinical outcomes, and oversight of general medical direction as it relates patient care. They are responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies, procedures, standard and protocols. They provide direction and supervision to fellow physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. To maintain a solid pulse on the patient population, the CMO will also be responsible for a small panel of patients residing in Post-Acute Care facilities. As the Health Plan Medical Director, the CMO is responsible for clinical oversight and quality improvement functions at the health plan level. They provide medical management leadership for the health plan, and as applicable, manage all major clinical and quality program components under health plan operations. Main functions of the role include effective utilization management, Part D oversight, risk adjustment, compliance, and credentialing.
