AgeRight Clinical Services was created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post-Acute and Long-Term patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities. By providing patients with fast and reliable access to our dedicated group of clinicians, we have revolutionized the way in which healthcare is delivered in the Long-Term Care setting.

The unique role of CMO combines oversight of a robust Medical Group (AgeRight Clinical Services) with the exciting opportunity to serve as plan medical director for a growing Medicare Advantage Plan (AgeRight Advantage Health Plan). We are seeking an experienced physician leader with interest in long term care population management. The Chief Medical Officer role is comprised of approximately 60% administrative duties and 40% patient care.

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for delivery of patient care, clinical outcomes, and oversight of general medical direction as it relates patient care. They are responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies, procedures, standard and protocols. They provide direction and supervision to fellow physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. To maintain a solid pulse on the patient population, the CMO will also be responsible for a small panel of patients residing in Post-Acute Care facilities.

As the Health Plan Medical Director, the CMO is responsible for clinical oversight and quality improvement functions at the health plan level. They provide medical management leadership for the health plan, and as applicable, manage all major clinical and quality program components under health plan operations. Main functions of the role include effective utilization management, Part D oversight, risk adjustment, compliance, and credentialing.
