The Kansas City VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time board certified Primary Care Physician, Linwood. Provide comprehensive primary care and preventative care to an established panel of primary care patients, under the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. Provides preventative medicine and medical care management for adult patients for acute and chronic medical condition. Responsible for the direct treatment, consultation and/or referral for patients' medical conditions as appropriate Management of patients includes following VA clinical guidelines with documentation in the electronic medical record. Works within a team of various health care staff to direct the resources needed to assist in the management of patients. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7am to 5:30pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Authorized This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan reimbursement program.
