The Dermatology physician reports to the Chief of Dermatology service. Practices independently, exercising initiative, independent judgment in day-to-day activities, and ensuring high quality of care in Dermatology for the Veterans. As assigned by the Chief of Dermatology, the Dermatology physician is responsible for planning and organizing projects, estimating costs, coordinating with staff and management personnel. This involves interpreting regulations and new procedures.
