| UMass Memorial Medical Center, the clinical partner of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, seeks a Gastroenterologist. Clinical activities will focus on outpatient clinical gastroenterology, particularly Inflammatory Bowel Disease, as well as endoscopy and inpatient consultative gastroenterology. Proficiency in ERCP and EUS is not required. Inpatient service responsibilities include acting as attending gastroenterologist at the University or Memorial campuses or other member locations within the system. Other responsibilities include teaching activities for the house staff and medical students and other scholarly activities. Candidates must be eligible for a Massachusetts medical license and must have completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. An academic appointment commensurate with training and experience is offered with opportunities for clinical trials, clinical/translational research, and graduate medical teaching.
